what sort of thing you looking for? I have a fixer upper...

Can't you offer to do a staff evaluation for a particular model, then you can high light any faults and get them put right, so when you sell them, you can state ...
" This caravan has been individually tested by one of our fully qualified engineers, or Zippy if they are not available.
Any faults were put on a snagging list and put right for your quality guarantee."
Thus you can have the latest model, no maintenence costs, no storage fees, no depreciation.
The firm can offer better quality caravans, the customer gets a reliable purchase, the firm get more sales, you get a free holiday home.
Everybody gains, so show this posting to your boss, say my marketing friend suggested this, what do you think?:nenau
Put some stickers/decals on the car / van " this caravan is under exhaustive tests by .... caravans, so our customers get the best deal"
My fee... oh we will discuss that after your holiday.:thumb2:thumb2
Good luck..
PS I am not responsible if your boss decides instead to give you a P45:doh

Well, all I'll say is I have one, its a fixer-upper, it has to go. I'll be having it scrapped or whatever in the next week r two because I simply don't want to try is it up any more, I've enough to do. Its ideal. Needs a kitchen building, but I have the frame wood and doors, and it needs a bathroom building-we repaired damp in the back you see.
Anyway, there it is.
