check the drain pipes on the sunroof there are four in total one on each corner of the sunroof as they maybe blocked or have come off i had this on mine and i put jubille clips on the pipes as they are only push on there is a step by step in the download section :thumb2

Also the metal frame that the glass sits on rusts so the seal is broken take it off seal it with silicone then put back together my t2 leaked by the lights in the roof and it was down to the seal between the metal frame and the glass:thumbs

As a quick temp fix cover the outside seal/joint/apperture with gaffer tape and then a proper repair when the rain has stopped.
