try resetting internet explorer, or download google Chrome and try from there. OR, has he already tried from another pc? in that case...ADIIIIIINNNNNN!!! :thumb2

must say wasnt sure about chrome at first but now its my preferred browser.

mind firefox was always better tha IE anyway.
