Hi all.

Registered yesterday. Had a look around. Joined today.

I am after getting a reasonably old NISSAN to enjoy some pay and play days.

Looking forward to learning about all things 4X4.

Brian.

just joined the club and become a Nissan Terrano II owner :thumb2 I would like to know if anyone out there has ditched the standard 235/70/16 tyres and fitted some nice fatter tyres, like 255/70/16 Grabber ATs. I'm pretty sure it's OK to do but its always good to here from somebody who's already done it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

take a look in the download section theres a tyres size comparison..

but at that width 255 i think you need to trim the mud guards and maybe a little tapping with a hammer in the inner wheel arches.. ( front only )

maybe also lifting the front a bit will help too

Great. I have only managed to find one club though, and they are Suzuki biased.

4x4 values go up through the roof in the winter, esp with a hint of snow:sly
In the summer they're cheap as chips :thumbs

Let's hope I can track down a good buy then. Thanks.
