Is there a method of locking the doors of a NATS equipped '03 T2 without setting off the internal movement/tamper alarm? (assuming that's what the dog sets off!)
If I lock my T2 using the key ring zapper with pooch inside the alarm sounds when he moves about.
If I want to leave dog in the car with the windows sufficiently open to give him ventilation BUT also to lock the doors - how do I do it?

not sure about yours but my Mk 2 has a button on the dash that if you press it for a couple of seconds the red nats light flashes twice indicating it has disabled the internal sensors, then only lock it with the key in drivers door, I leave my dogs in lots and do not have a problem, Rick

Correct - should be a rocker switch on the r/h side of the steering wheel I think (can't check I'm not at home)....press it once and it disables the internal motion sensors. :thumb2

Thanks guys - found the switch on the left of my LHD, wheel next to the remote mirror adjuster. I'll give it a try next time I leave pooch in the truck. To resume normal mode do I just use the remote command as normal or do I have to cancel the override by pressing the rocker switch again?

No I'm pretty sure it resets itself every time you unlock and lock again....worth remembering if you forget something!
But give it a go, just leave a window open (in calm air cos the wind is enough to set it off) and give it time to set then wave your arm around inside. :thumb2

Thanks LC, I'll try that, hopefully when no-ones looking!
