ive had a couple of bad days with my illness , im in quite a lot of pain and a lot of discomfort ,using meds a lot , but dont panic im ok , just might not be on as much till i feel better

feel great today, its like ive been recharged or summat , i even agreed to let my 3 yr old grand daughter stay overnight and offer to take her to blackpool tomorrow
