Just paid up my £10 :thumb2 and hope to get lots of info here to keep my newly aquired Y60 Patrol GR RD28T on the road.It is really good nick and has always had the money spent when needed.I have all the service history including a hand written list of jobs done over the last few years by the owner.I am not new to 4x4's and have had LR series 2 and 3, Ssangyong Musso's and Toyota LC80's. Had a look through the "downloads section" but there does not seem to be a lot relating to the Y60. I am really surprised that there does not seem to be a decent workshop manual available anywhere for these models. I downloaded the ones available on the web but most are a load of rubbish and not fully applicable to the UK models. Need to sort a couple of problems ie' how to change the n/s headlight bulb(as I dont have babies arms and cant get behind it as the airfilter is in the way) Do I really need to remove the front panel?:eek: also should there be lighting behind the heater controls?. Will it run on veggie?
Oops I seem to have rambled on a bit so maybe better post these in the relavent section when I get a minute.
