New brake pads

Well i fit my new brake pads today, just look at the old one next to the new one :eek:

I'd have another 500 miles off them and then you get the best brakes just before the end :augie
That's when the pads have totally gone and the back plate welds itself to the disc :lol

If all 4 are the same, then there is nothing wrong with your calipers.
Check the thickness of your discs, I think the minimum is 26mm
