all i'd need is 5 weddings to photograph and i could get it, wouldn't have any lenses for it though lol this would be a decent all round lense for it http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-canon-ef-70-300mm-f4-5-6-l-is-usm-lens/p1522208

I am hoping to my partner a eos550d for her 40th. Currently looking at them in London Camera Exchange. She seems to like them, but are they any good?

u'd be better off with the eos500 not much difference and u save over £100, remember though with most dlsrs u only get the body, no lenses unless you buy a package which cost alot more

Brought myself one of these (http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-canon-ef-100-400mm-f4-5-5-6-l-is-usm-lens/p12857) for the 5D this Christmas... well no one else would :(

Already got the 24-105 (http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-canon-ef-24-105mm-f4-l-is-usm-lens/p1010308).

Next Crimbo, I might sell the two and get this one (http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-canon-ef-28-300mm-f3-5-5-6-l-is-usm-lens/p12844) to replace both :)
