Thanks for that. So if I buy manual hubs from ebay. Will they already have everything I need in them just to bolt on and have working?

you need to be a paid up member to see the download area, but belive me its well worth it..
just ask
Yep well worth it.
I'll second that:thumb2:thumb2
Hi Dragon4x4, Looks like you have the permanent free wheel hub option there..:lol :lol
You are missing all the important parts.:nenau
Was it sold as a 4 wheel drive ?
There is no way these could work. :doh
You need to join up and check all the other things that need to be checked like steering stops and correct oil for the rear diff etc. What else has the previous owner hidden.....
There is a great down load on fitting the manual hubs, and what bits you need to remove from the drive shaft end... Ooops looks like they have been removed as well..... So may be just ok with new manual hubs:nenau
Also if you have any smoke on start up, it depends on what colour and we can often direct you to the cause.
Well worth the money.
Best regards, Rustic
and welcome to the club

Engine is perfect. Everything else is as it should be just the guts to the hubs missing. I have a feeling the rings snapped. Rather than change them out they just stripped out the rest. Oh well I may just buy another set of hubs to go on and see what happens.

Hello Dragon, hub problems led me to this site and i've been here ever since, you do have several bits missing! There are loads of threads on this subject on here and debates regarding the pros and cons of changing to maual hubs. I won't tell you it's well worth a tenner as it'sa llready been said:thumb2
